The Story Behind the Company
While working in Clinical Operations at UW Health Urology / Cardiology / Echo & Vascular Laboratory, Nathan saw firsthand how prior authorization delays affected patient care. Procedures were postponed. Staff spent hours on hold with insurance companies. Clinicians were burning out on administrative work that had nothing to do with medicine.
He also saw the solution clearly: a dedicated, US-based service that understood both the clinical side and the payer side — one that could step in and handle the entire prior authorization process so clinic staff could focus on what they were trained to do.
That's why he founded Midwest Medical Auth Solutions LLC — to give clinicians their time back, and to give patients faster access to the care they need.
